MFC Sucks
Never in my entire programming life have I been more frustrated than I am right now. I’m trying to write a MFC app for a lab assignment and it’s driving me nuts.
It’s completely unintuitive, it’s ugly and it lacks any sane design patterns. Actually, it looks and feels exactly like C++, half thought and half implemented, improvised all the way. And that’s just the beginning. I cannot believe, I simply cannot comprehend how people ever used MFC to build applications. It doesn’t take you to be daring to do that, it takes you to be out of your damn skull, with s&m tendencies buried deep within your genome.
MFC just made me damn sad.
PS: here’s a list of really nasty things MFC sports. I subscribe to all of them, and I would add many, many more.

I’m really sorry for you but you seem to forget one basic thing: MFC was meant to be used by real programmers, not by PHP wannabes “programmers”.
But hey, whatever floats your boat.

MFC Sucks!! Awful!! I worked with MFC for 1,5 years and my decree is , i hope, never again with mfc!!!!
