4 down, 1 to go
Four days down, one more and we’re done. Yesterday everything went smooth, no special events happened, hey it was boring! ![]()
We had a training from PEGAS held by Flavius Marginean and it went on quite well. Unfortunately, it was also a bit too boring, it was too much of a monologue. But it wasn’t the trainer’s fault, the crowd was just too shy.
Following was a training about the Educational System in Latvia held by Janis, but, yeah, it was quite boring. I mean, not boring for me, but for the audience. I was quite happy to see that the ES is the same as in Romania in many aspects.
The thing that I hated the most was the presentation from the representative of Raiffeisen Bank. It was supposed to be a 20 minute presentation but it took no less than an hour. Add a Q&A session and you get the picture of us ending the day at 21:00. I’m wondering what did the feedback papers say, I haven’t checked them yet.
Today is the closing day and the local media support is missing :(. The problem might be the fact that the event is ending on a Friday at 19:00, hour when most of the reporters enjoy a good meal with their families. We will hand out some diplomas for the participants and then maybe go out and celebrate or something. Anyways, I think the event will go on until 21:00 or even later.
